What messages will I receive?

When you interact with Potomac Operations Group, you may receive the following types of text messages:

How do I opt in?

You consent to receive SMS messages from Potomac Operations Group when you:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use our services.

Message frequency

You will receive up to 5 messages per interaction. Automated follow-ups are limited to 2 messages per missed call (1-hour and 24-hour follow-up). You will not receive more than 10 messages per day. Messages are only sent between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time.

How do I opt out?

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also text any of the following keywords to opt out: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END.

How do I opt back in?

Reply START to any previous message to resume receiving SMS messages from Potomac Operations Group.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Potomac Operations Group does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and coverage area.

Privacy & Data Sharing

Your phone number and messaging data are never sold, rented, loaned, traded, leased, or otherwise transferred for profit to any third party for any purpose. We do not share your personal information, including phone numbers, with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your data is used solely to provide the messaging services you consented to.
