Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the POG ERP platform and all related services provided by Potomac Operations Group LLC.

1. Prohibited Activities

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) via SMS or email
• Store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use AI Lead Recovery to harass, deceive, or send misleading messages
• Use SMS features to send messages to users who have opted out

2. SMS-Specific Rules

• Do not use the platform to send SMS without proper consent
• Always honor STOP requests immediately
• Do not send messages outside of permitted hours (9 AM - 9 PM ET)
• Do not exceed rate limits (5 per interaction, 10 per day per recipient)
• Do not use SMS for marketing without explicit opt-in

3. Resource Limits

Usage is subject to reasonable limits based on your subscription plan.

4. Enforcement

POG reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.
