Clean

Wipe the mounting surface thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and let it dry.

Stick

Peel the adhesive backing, position the shield over the taps, and press firmly along every edge.

Wait

Leave it alone for a full day before first use so the adhesive reaches full strength.

Do not use or pull on the shield for 24 hours after mounting. The adhesive needs the full cure time to reach bonding strength.

Sharp edges warning: dropped or forced acrylic can shatter into razor-sharp pieces that cause deep cuts. Handle with care while installing, and discard the shield immediately if it cracks.

Burns
The shield does not change water temperature. Hot water taps remain an active burn risk. Exercise extreme caution.
Adhesive
Clean the surface thoroughly with alcohol before mounting. Stick firmly and do not use or pull for 24 hours to allow full bonding strength.
